MEDIUM RIGID APPLICANTS
To be eligible to apply for a Medium Rigid licence, the applicant must have held his/her car licence for at least 12 months (excluding any licence suspensions/cancellations).

HEAVY RIGID APPLICANTS
To be eligible to apply for a Heavy Rigid licence, the applicant must have held his/her car licence for at least 24 months (excluding any licence suspensions/cancellations).

HEAVY COMBINATION APPLICANTS
To be eligible to apply for a Heavy Combination licence, the applicant must have held his/her car licence for at least 24 months (excluding any licence suspensions/cancellations) including either a Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid licence for at least 12 months.

MULTI COMBINATION (B-BOUBLE) APPLICANTS
To be eligible to apply for a Multi Combination licence, the applicant must have held a HC or HR licence for at least 12 months, plus completion of an approved course.
